Abhyanga
Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic practice that involves gently massaging the body with oil in a precise direction. Our modern massage therapies include modified kinds of Abhyanga. In this, a modest amount of warm oil is applied to the body in the anuloma gati position (direction of hair follicles). It can be utilised as a preventative measure, therapeutic treatment, or even a rejuvenating treatment which can apply to the entire body as well as specific areas. Abhyanga benefits with body rejuvenation, anti-aging, anxiety, and arthritis.
